What is the Trinity?

Deuteronomy 6:4 – Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the Lord is one.

How many Gods are there?
There is only 1 God (the Lord).

Matthew 28:19b – Make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. (ESV)

How many persons are there in God?
There are 3 persons.

Who are they?
They are the Father, the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit.

While there is only one God, there are three persons in God: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Each person is equal in power and glory.

Scripture Memory Verse:

2 Corinthians 13:14 – May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. (NIV)

What is the Trinity?
The Trinity refers to the three persons of God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. They are all equal in power and glory.
