This sermon looks at three passages from the book of Proverbs.
In the first passage, wisdom called out for people to listen. Too often people ignored wisdom and went their own way. Those who listened to wisdom had peace and rest.
In the second passage, we are urged to seek after wisdom as we would a treasure. In doing so we will be blessed.
In the third passage, we are urged to seek after wisdom. If we possess it, its value will be far more than precious jewels.
The passage in James emphasized that having godly wisdom will transform our lives. Good fruit will be evident.
