Building Request Form
We are delighted with the opportunity to offer our facilities to individuals or groups for events that align with the mission and vision of Elizabeth City Evangelical Methodist Church. Before completing this form, please review the following policies carefully:
- Requests are reviewed for approval by the EMC pastoral staff each Tuesday morning.
- Profit-based meetings or events are prohibited.
- Meetings or events that violate the doctrinal and/or ethical commitments and standards of the Discipline of the Evangelical Methodist Church are prohibited.
- The possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs on campus is strictly prohibited.
- Under normal circumstances, approved Saturday events must conclude by 6pm.
- Under normal circumstances, building rental fees for internal church requests are waived, however all requests for set up/tear down, audio/visual, or cleaning services are subject to fees.
