The Holy Spirit is not a power, force, or emanation of God, but a divine person, co-equal to the Father and the Son. The goal for the Christian, therefore, must never be to treat him like a thing to know about and use, but as a person to draw close to in relationship. Wherever God is, so is his Spirit. And whenever the Spirit it present, nothing less than the fullness of God is present.
